This document is actually DAP's first proposed budget for the year of 2008. The DAP has three objectives as listed in this document. First, the DAP wants to build new capacities and capabilities for the future. The second objective is to strengthen Malaysia's social security system and lastly, it wants to improve productivity and competitiveness of delivery system. Among the interesting allocations in this proposed budget are the National Broadband Plan to increase WiFi areas in Malaysia
